Let me start off sayings I have not been to this location before. I purchased my RV out of state. Wish I had purchased from this location in Greensboro, NC.I have had the most remarkable experience on both times I've had to call. First time was with Taylor in Service. She went above and beyond to find out everything I needed, will need and had me so satisfied that I had to get her name so I would always talk to her if I ever need to call... back.I had to call back unfortunately, this time Service was already closed. However, Melissa Revis from sales picked up the phone with the kindness voice and overwhelming concern of my issues taking precise notes the entire time I was spilling my frustration out. Melissa is going above all to help my situation and will be placing her notes to Service directly. As I mentioned she works in Sales. I can't think of a sales person to have ever taken the time she took with me to make sure I was satisfied before ending our conversation. Even texting her information to me just in case I couldn't reach someone. I love this place already and never been there before.read more

When we arrived we met the most bubbly personality in Melissa. Her personality alone was very welcoming and she actually cared about us. Melissa showed us a few campers, and then she said this is the one. Usually, I can decide that on my own but once we walked in it was like she knew what we wanted the... whole time. She took time to understand what we wanted and man did she hit it out of the park. The finance lady Melinda was thorough and very knowledgeable about current rates, as well as their packages they have to offer. We didn’t see value at first, but once we went through the orientation process we seen very quickly how these things can cause issues, so she set back down with us even though she didn’t have to and explained in detail what we needed to help make this endeavor a worry free one! Bobby is very knowledgeable and a no pressure salesman. After attending the Greensboro RV show and viewing several different models, we decided on the Twilight Signature TW2100 couple's coach. Coming from a Grand Design Imagine 2970RL , we knew what we wanted in our next coach. The Twilight... Signature seems comparable to the Grand Design Imagine with it's amenities. From the solid countertops and cabinets, to the 15k A/C heat pump to the Azdel walls and plywood flooring. We knew this is a quality coach. RV One Superstore of Greensboro is amazing to work with. With their great prices and easy negotiating to Melinda in the finance department, the transaction was simple. Once we were ready to take delivery, tech's Kyle and Brently conducted the walk through and are very knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and noted the issue we found. They set-up our hitch perfectly and reassured us we were ready to tow. We were introduced to Taylor in the service department who was super friendly and willing to help. They have a couple airstream campers available. Almost everything on the lot is sold. Most of the units we wanted to look at were already sold. They had a 2022 international for $130k. The salesman said that some of the used units are bringing more money than when they sold new!!! Must be an inflation thing or maybe it is simple supply and demand economics at work. Thing about airstream is it is good quality components, sturdy construction.... Never looks out of date as long as you keep them "shiny". All new units have "some" solar basics but don't expect to dry camp for a week without back up power or unless you only use lights and maybe water pump and keep the fridge on propane. Factory solar doesn't run the AC or Microwave. Consider an upgrade on the solar if you plan on dry camping for sure.read more

I purchased a Rockwood Ultra Lite 2902 SW from Jason in August. He was great to deal with, the closing & walk thru was also a great experience. They all took their time to explain everything and answer any questions. After only a few day one of the A/C units quit cooling. I called service and they said bring it soon. While I was there they looked at the unit and determined it needed to be replaced. They replaced the unit and within an hour an a... half I was on my way. Service guys was awesome.
